Divided in 2 phases this diet with HCG, cannot have the same results for all the persons.
The 2 phases that i found on this review about HCG diet are:
PHASE 1
During the first 2 days of this type of diet plan you are allowed to eat as much of any food as you like. Fatty foods are allowed and encouraged. Bacon cheeseburgers, avocados, pastries, ice cream, cheesecake, fatty meats, fried foods, whatever you want. The theory is that you need to store the fat and energy for the VLCD portion in Phase 2.
PHASE 2
BREAKFAST: Tea, yerba mate or coffee in any
quantity, without sugar of any kind. Only one tablespoonful of milk
allowed in 24 hours. Saccharine or Stevia may be used.
LUNCH:
1 - 100 grams of (ideally organic, grass-fed) beef, veal, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat.
2 - 2 cups of one type of vegetable only to be
chosen from the following: spinach, chicory, beet greens, green salad,
tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus,
cabbage.
3 - One breadstick (Italian grissino type, thin, crispy) or one Melba toast.
4 - An apple, orange, or a handful of strawberries (6-9) or one-half grapefruit.
DINNER: The same four choices as lunch (above). It is generally recommended to avoid eating the same meat and vegetable for both lunch and dinner.
